Vinelanders Community Land Trust, is established as a 501(c) 3 not for profit membership base organization that will help the community self build their own home. Its located in Kansas City, Missouri. VCLT will provide design, planning, tech skills and redevelopment services for the the day-to-day operations of our organization. Kansas City Missouri is known for it's rich culture of people, barbeque and jazz. These single family homes are inspired by the rich culture of the inner city that reflects our neighborhood, and the love of jazz in our community. The principal relationship between Vinelanders and it's residents is to give the people of Kansas City, MO/Kansas City, KS our sister city, the opportunity to manage and take control of their lives, by organizing and redeveloping of our community. By building quality single family residential projects, while we learn new skills to sustain our community, and by having a vision and a ambitious planning agenda, it can be accomplished.

Vinelanders Community Land Trust, is an organization with community residents who have a reputation of trust, to insure that the investment of it's residents are protected, and that the resources go to assist our most vulnerable residents, that reside in Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas.
